This is my first year using the Extreme product and let me tell you from my account. If you follow instruction for liming/fertilizering you will get results the first planting as I did this season. Very good product fast growing and the deer love this stuff. Now in Texas the weather can be hot, but this product shot up with the first rain after a drought was hitting our area of lease (ground powder dry) and it ketp growing with just the little rain we got until bow season started in October. I would reccommend to any serious hunter to try
