Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Our shipping rates for Ground are as follows:

US Lower 48 States

0 - 29.99 $8.99
30 - 49.99 $9.99
50 - 74.99 $10.99
75 - 99.99 $11.99
100 - 149.99 $12.99
150 - 199.99 $14.99
200 - 299.99 $15.99
300 - 399.99 $16.99
400 + $17.99

We charge a small order fee of $5 for orders under $10.

US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping

As you begin checkout, shipping charges will be applied. These vary according to region. If at this point you would like to discontinue the order, just empty your shopping cart. We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges to overweight or oversized items. Additional shipping charges would apply only to items that would incure extra shipping costs above the given rates. Most of our products will ship within the given rates. We reserve the right to cancel products ordered if they are too large to ship. You will be given a refund and an explanation. We DO NOT ship Hazardous ORM-D items which include some glues and paints to international destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees. We will not mark the customs form to show the item you order is a gift since that is illegal.

Order Errors

Errors in your order must be reported within ten days.

Errors made by Ye Olde Archery Shoppe will be taken care of at no additional expense to you. Errors are infrequent, but do happen. We will do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one.

Errors made by the customer, as in ordering the wrong size, will be subject to our Return or Exchange policy. Custom Arrows are not returnable.

Returns
Returns MUST be accompanied by a RA#! We cannot guarantee a refund for items sent back with out proper Return Authorization. Contact us for a RA# and return instructions.
All returns must be in new condition with undamaged packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee up to a maximum of $10 per order.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Return Authorizations must be used within ten days of being issued.

Exchanges
Exchanges MUST be accompanied by a RA#! We cannot guarantee an exchange for items sent back with out proper Return Authorization. Contact us for a RA# and exchange instructions.
All exchanges must be in new condition with undamaged packaging.
Exchanges will be charged a $7.50 fee for return shipping. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee, just the return shipping fee.
Return Authorizations must be used within ten days.
